I have stayed at Induction too long and need to progress to OWL and want to up my carbs in hopes of it ending my stall.

The past two days I have had a few walnuts(like maybe a teaspoon) and some whipped cream....is this enough to make a difference? Should I be keeping to the Power of 5 and only adding more veggies right now?? I Have seen people say to add berries and nuts and cottage cheese.....HELP.
