| Has anyone had it? I think it is called Carb Freedom? If I were to not have many carbs during the day...would it be ok to have it as a dessert for a treat one night a weekend?? I found some Mint ChocoChip that is 3g carbs for a half cup.....yummy. Kristin

| If you are done with induction, I would think that LC icecream once in awhile would be ok. My worry for me, (I love ice cream) would be, could I stop at 1/2 cup. Maybe later when I get closer to my goal weight, I will try it. Good luck and enjoy Jackie
