I've been sick for 2 days, I think with a stomach virus. I made home made chicken soup; I vomited. The only thing I could keep down was toast and orange sherbert....bizarre, huh?

I'm better now, but I did a fit day of my carbs and I was at 35 per day for the 2 days. They might have been the wrong kind of carbs, but at least i'm not going to throw up anymore anytime I move!!!!

Heck, don't worry about what you're eating when you are sick. Just eat what you can stomach and get better!

Negative calories are never good!! Even though often we wish for a way to lose and keep eating we don't like those kind! Eat what you can and get back on plan when soemthing more healthful actually will stay down! Take care of yourself and get well soon

I was there last week, now today I have a horrid headcold and flu like symptoms. And its beautiful here in California, its like a spring cold

yuk ! Take lots of vitamin C and drink lots of liquids, I made chicken soup for the days when my stomach felt like it was doing a hula.

I hope you feel better, hang in there !

Hey, now I have the cold stuff!!! After finally getting my stomach back to normal yesterday, I have a raging sore throat and cold. What gives???? Maybe allergies. I haven't even bothered to weigh myself in a week....
