"Ongoing Weight Loss" at Low Carb Diet Support: "i was trying to find on fitday.com my atkins cereal but it is not listed... how would i go about entering it in even tho i cant find it on there...."

Is this one of the messages that got deleted yesterday? Because I remember answering it!

Go to your main page on FitDay and there is a place that lets you enter in custom foods. It's right under where you search for them. It's a really helpful feature, because a lot of what we eat won't be in there. I hope this helps.

i had asked a simular question sorry just trying to figure that program out.. beacuse it seems to take me an hour just to enter a days worth of food.. i would like to try some of the other options but it seems i spend all my time just trying to get all of my food enterd...

Did you all notice that Fitday has a local version available? Has anyone tried it? I bought Diet Power(tm) back in December and have been happy with the program, but Fitday is claiming a much lower price.

Though I noticed it didn't have a recipe creator/library feature. That feature of Diet Power is really great when I cook up my concoctions and don't want to guess about the nutitional info.
