| A lot of the sweet recepies in Sharrons book have egg protein and i notices that my brother has a huge container of egg and whey protein mix which he mixes into his juice everyday and was wondering if i could just use his instead of buying my own...ha!

| Is it egg protein or milk and egg protein? Because I had to go buy some too. There were some discussions about what exactly this is, maybe you can search for it. |

| milk and egg protein is one thing... you can buy it at Trader Joes, or online. I think maggie knows a little more about other places to get it than i do,. |

| Is it a refriderator item or powder?. If it's powder i'm sure Gnc or the vitamine shop will carry it.

| Found a link at the Gnc website, don't know if it's the right product. The link is here (edited only to shorten the link. Maggie) [This message was edited by Maggie on 03-10-04 at 05:18 PM.]

| Lissette, I was trying to answer this last night, but got kicked off the board before I could post. It is a powdered product, and does not require refrigeration. That stuff at GNC is NOT what you're looking for. It is 20 gms per serving! If you have a Trader Joe's near you, they'll have it. If you can't get it locally, you can get it on line, as I have to do. Here's a link to an acceptable, low carb, milk & egg protein product. Milk & Egg Protein HTH!
