| if you get a chance, read this article. It's very interesting and insightful. (see front page of LCE) just a comment on my mind set - I don't feel addicted to the scale - just that when I am over 200 - it would just be so nice to see getting down below that d**n number!!! I think once I see that - it would be clear sailing to ignore the scale. Its just such a benchmark of progress. Thanks for putting it in words, Summer.

| Yes the article was wonderful. and it is so true. I seem to think I have to get on the scales every morning and get upset when I don't see changes everyday. very inspiring message. |

| After reading Summer's article I made the decision to make my Goal a SIZE goal instead of a weight goal. I don't know how long it will take and I don't know what I will weigh, but if I can get into my "Goal" size it will mean more to me than that weight NUMBER, which I now know is a YMMV kinda thing. Excellent article!

| Wow! You guys! You're going to make a pregnant woman cry! I'm so glad the article touched you (and that it made sense!). I go and read it every so often to remind myself of these things, too. When your journey (voyage???) is a long one, it's easy to lose sight of what's important. Hey, I feel another article coming on... Thanks again,
