| In attempts to change from Inducation(which I stayed at for way too long I hear....9 weeks), I have started to have a few extra carbs. I have not changed my meals much but instead in the evening I am having a few walnuts and some frozen strawberries I sweetened with a packet of Splenda and some whipping cream. It is yummy. Is this ok? Will this help jump start my weight loss again? I have also doubled my water this week. But I am also at my TOM....so I am doubing whether I will see a change when I weigh tomorrow morning....and I hope I do not gain with the extra carbs and the extra water while on TOM. Kristin

| That's basically how I started. I added some strawberries and pecans that first week. Then I added some extra stuff in my salads. |

| Sounds like you're on the right track! I stalled at the same weight for 3 weeks while fighting the need to add more carbs because in my head it didn't make sense. Minute I did, viola, a loss. Also happened once I started exercising after denail about that too. G'luck and keep us posted
