I belong to a body modification site (I have tats)...and was cruising the forums today of someone who visited my page to find this post regarding her weight loss program she created for herself:

" Oh, and for the record, the Atkins thing frightens me. No long-term studies available, but the ex-aerobics instructor in me says it can't be good for kidneys, liver, pancreas, etc. long-term. And how can you possibly feel good eating all that fat? Yuck. I'd be a vegitarian before I'd go Atkins."

Hmmmmmmm vegetarian.....Atkins.....hmmmmmmm
