I just had to share my joy! I try not to weigh myself more than 2 times a month so I really didn't know what weight progress I was making (been losing inches regularly).

I got on the scale Friday and it was 174!!! That's 21 pounds GONE since I started! My mouth was about on the floor. I still can't believe it. I haven't been able to loose more than 10-15 pounds on ANY diet in the last five years.

This IS REAL!!! I'm sooooo happy.
