| I have tested for ketosis at different times during the last 2 days. It seems that I am no longer in Ketosis. I have not cheated at all and am less than 40 carbs a day. It is also TOM. Any suggestions for what I should do? Should I continue at 40 till TOM is done then test again? should I lower to 20 and eat induction style for a few days? I have not lost pounds or inches in quite some time (maybe 2 weeks-the 2 lb I thought I lost is back!! I am not quite frustrated. maybe disappointed a little. TIA Amy |

| you could probably go back on induction for a couple days until you feel like you are back in ketosis. then add 5 g carbs for a week, and see if that messes you up. - keep adding 5 per week until you drop out again. That will be your CCL, and where you should try to stay to keep losing weight.

| I was in and out last week so I feel your pain. You may be close to CCLL at 40. Drop back to 20 or so for a few days, get back in and them move up again and see if you lose ketosis at the same point. I am back in today after no being on Sunday and I didn't check yesterday at all after my diet Sunday. I am anxious to step on the scale Friday though--I am hoping to be under 200 finally!
