Am I getting bigger...Again. I started at the beginning of December last year and I've lost and gained the same 5.5 pounds at least twice and I'm headed up again. I've written down ever morsel I've put in my mouth for about six weeks and have stayed under 30 nets carbs daily. I've show positive for Ketosis everyday. When I started eating this way I had an ambitious goal weight of 120 lbs (from 142) by June 1st, but at the rate I'm going I'll never get there. I have posted menus in the past and received good feedback and I'm drinking at least 80 oz of water daily.

I'm committed to this way of eating, but I would also like to lose a few lbs. I can't even get rid of the first 10. Help!

Are you exercising? Find out what your basal caloric rate is...are you eating too many calories? Or are you eating too few?

Are you eating any l/c junk foods? They are notorious for this kind of thing.

Caffine and aspertime(sp?)(Equal) can also do it.

Are you getting enough fat? You need a large % of you calories from fat....Mine run about 60 - 65% sometimes more.

What kind of carbs are the 30 coming from? Are they vegis, or l/c foods? Sometimes those l/c foods can keep you from losing. Try to keep it simple....avoid any processed foods.

I am sure that with a bit of tweaking it will work out for you
