Has anyone tried these EAS bars? I couldn't find any historic posts when searching ...

The ingredients include erythritol (which I read about in detail on another thread), oligofructose (what is this!?) and splenda.

Any good/bad experience w/ these bars?

There are 22 carbs per bar (14 carbs and 8 "other" carbs). Read more nutritional info about them here.

As for erythritol, there's a fact sheet about it here, and oligofructose is extracted from chicory roots and, from what I've read, is beneficial in stimulating good bacteria in the intestines.

Don't know if I wanna try it, however...

If I'm going to have a LC chocolate candy bar, this is the one I will use, but only half at a time. I tolerate the erythritol far better than the maltitol found in alot of the other bars. I use the Perfection bars far and few between. FOS is also found in SteviaPlus and SteviaPlus has a zero glycemic index.

even though these bars sound like they might be the "best of the worst" ... i really need to stay away!
i am trying so hard to eat clean. i have super strong will power, i KNOW i can do this!!
i get so angry at myself for indulging in these stupid treats!
do i want the scale to drop below 142 or not? that's the bottom line, right?!
