| Last week, I wasn't feeling all that great and I practically had NO appetite. NOTHING sounded good so for three days, I had nothing to eat. However, as difficult as it was, I was able to get my water in and also drank maybe 1/2 cup of diet V8 splash...thought that might make me feel better. And even though I didn't feel well, I still exercised 30 mintues a day on the treadmill at a speed of 4.5 mph and a 5.0 incline - usually burning off 200 calories. After those three days of not feeling well, I finally got on the scale - and to my horror, I had gained 4 lbs! I've been able to get the 4 lbs off this week but am really confused as to why this happened... Sheyla |

| Sheyla... Glad you're feeling better and were able to shed that 4 lbs. I'm no veteran or no expert...but perhaps your body was simply holding on to every ounce you were putting into it due to not eating. My line of thought lately has been one of "not eating is as dangerous as cheating". Now that you're back to feeling yourself, I'm sure if you get back in your LC groove, you'll find the scale moving again.
