Kit-Kat
There was a thread not long ago on "Eating Clean". I think it was in the 100 forum but you are more than welcome to start a kiss thread right here. It wouldn't be a bad idea for most of us to join this challenge.

Thanks Rob!

Char - KISS stands for Keep it Simple Sweetie (or Stupid...lol)

Since I have been in a stall that has the scale stuck like molasses dripping in wintertime I have decided to star KISS. My birthday is April 15th, so I thought maybe this would help get me to goal and WHAT a present that'll be! I am enjoying low carb for the long haul; would just be excited to see the scale move!

Another good reason to KISS is if you are stalling forever and are not sure of the cause (Ie. Artificial sweetners, coffee, dairy, etc.). By taking these out, then eventually slowly adding them back in one at a time, you can find out what the culprit is!

Join me in KISSING till Easter!!!

Oh - though I know that they say no coffee when you KISS I am a MAJOR JAVA ADDICT! Anyone KISS and still drink their coffee? If its not an option, I better buy stock in Extra strength Tylenol! Also, I should probably tell my husband so he doesn't think I've become possessed...

Have a happy LC day!

For the purposes of weight loss, I have weined myself off coffee by gradually adding more and more decaf til I'm drinking only decaf now. Once I achieve my goal I may go back to half regular and half decaf.

Good going Kit-Kat. I could have moved the thread but a new one is a better idea. I liek the title.

Thanks Rob!

Lou ~ I can SO understand your thoughts!

I've always said I'll never give up my coffee. It's like my security blanket! I know it will be hard, but I want to get to goal and am willing to do ANYTHING to get there. Once at goal, I will add the coffee back in; just at lesser amounts as I see now how addictd to it I am!

Good for you Goldie! I wish I had time to wean myself off, though I've already started KISS and want to do it right, so it's cold turkey for me.
