| I think this might be a stupid question. If so, sorry. I know that dressings that are <2g carbs are ok, but what if they have 1g sugar. Is that ok? or should we be eating 0 sugar? I eat a LOT of salad, and I am having trouble losing lately. Just trying to pinpoint. thanks, Heather

| Hi, I've had a real hard time finding any of the prepared dressings that don't have some kind of sugar in them. Either it has Sugar listed or Corn Sruyp<sp). Even the dressings that you would think could possibly have sugar. There is one brand "Drew's" http://www.drews.com/ They are completely natural and many have no added sweetners. I particularily like the Roasted Tomato.
