| I was sitting here, for a bit now, looking back at what I was eating prior to starting this wol, and I almost fell out of my chair, when I realized the amount of carbs I ate daily. I was eating well over 700 grams (some days I'm sure were better, and some were worse, but this is an "average"), a day!!!!!!!! No wonder I felt like crap daily, had no energy to even get up in the morning, until I had two bottles of mt. dew, and two egg mcmuffins, with hashbrowns, and orange juice. I just can't believe, the extreme I went from, and survived induction!

| LOL, Kristie! ![]() I know *exactly* what you mean! I did the same thing about 2 months into this woe... it's like it suddenly hit me. Here I was, obsessing over whether I had eaten 25 or 30 carbs that day and I thought about all the things I *used* to eat! Kind of frightening, actually. It's amazing how quickly we adapt to this woe... despite induction!
