sure its only 1.5 lbs, but its been at the same weight for almost 2 weeks. I finally got to 195, which took almost 2 weeks to finally get there and stick there, and this morning I weighed in at 194, now the dilemna, to stay good and no little mini cheats, I also have not eaten a LC ice cream cup all week, that could be the key as I usually eat a few a week since we are going thru a little heatwave here in California. I think I am going to strive this week to be perfect and see what happens. (no cheats, nothing non-allowed and NO LC goodies) *whew* wish me luck, Im going to start this on Monday and see if I can flush another few pounds down. I just really want to get out of the 190's !

Congrats from here too.

I have been through many periods (3 weeks plus) where the scale just simply would not move... and then I would drop 3-5 pounds in the following week (maybe sunspot activity?)
