| Finally after 2.5 weeks of no movement- or false movement (the scale really is a cheat and a liar) I see some results. My trusty measuring tape does not lie! I lost another 1-1.5 inches all over. For a total inch loss in most locations close to 7 inches. Not bad since January 12. ![]() I'd love to see some change on that rotten little scale too, but I guess that is not in the stars for this week. Maybe I need to join the glacier club! I guess I am just thrilled that I finally found a WOL that I can stick to, and enjoy. |
