| I did okay with the Hershey bar as far as I remember. Maggie had mentioned back in the fall, and Libby too, in April about Z Carb bars. I buy them at Walgreen's. I paid $1.29 today, have gotten them for 99 cents before. I love these. I buy the Gourmet Dark Chocolate Bar with Macadamia Nuts. They have erythritol and inulin in them and do not upset my stomach. They taste really good. Here are the stats: Calories: 181 Fat: 13g. Sat.Fat: 8g. Cholesterol: 0 sodium: 10mg. Carbs: 12 (erythritol) Fiber: 9g. (the nuts, I'm sure!) Protein: 9g.

| The Hershey's 1-Carb bars are made with polyglycitol, which is a vaguely defined maltitol syrup, so it does contain maltitol still. Although, we can hope that it's lessened by the extra erythritol. I don't eat low-carb chocolates, but if I did, I'd probably stick with the Z-carb bars (they sell them by the box at Costco) which have no maltitol or lactitol in them at all, and proudly say so on the label.
