I just want to thank everoine who has supported me and got me through last week's cravings. I weighed myself this morning I am down 9 lbs, 76 more to go. Pork rinds have been my savior as I love chips and this helps a lot. Now I need to get back on treadmill. thanks everyone

Congragulations on your 9 lb lost! That is just soooo wonderful, and I bet you feel proud for being able to overcome those cravings! And look where overcoming them got you - 9 lbs thinner! Now just keep going, and you will get there! Had I not screwed around for 2 years, I would have already been at my goal weight, but my own fault...I finally stopped screwing around and now am getting there...and you will, too!
