| Being the creativer person that I am, I was tinkering around w/ cauliflower mash. I added some "Brie mushrooms champignon" from Trader Joe's. Added with the usual ingreds. it tastes so good even my 23-yr. old daughter liked it. Now I wish I mashed more than one head. (of cauliflower, that is ) |

| You're right, that's a good combo! I've done that one too. There was another brie I got with something else in it, can't remember now what - maybe pepper? Maybe chives? Anyway I did the cauliflower with THAT one once also, delicious! I finally fessed up to DH that the mashed 'flower has brie in it - what could he say? Since he loves the mash! Two days later, out of the clear blue sky, without any preamble, he says, "But it's NOT like eating brie PLAIN!" LOL! Char
