Update to "Someone please grab the rope and pull me back in" thread. Well here I am almost 3 weeks after the fact. Today, I am back on plan! I finaly made myself get on the scales this morning and I have gained back 5 pounds of what I had lost. Although this is depressing it was really good news for me because I felt like I must have gained it all back. My son is still in a lot of trouble and it looks as though this will be going on for a long time, I must learn to handle the stress in other ways than ditching this woe/wol. I just wanted to Thank everyone once again that came to my rescue. It may seem like I didn't take your advise since I am just now getting back to LC eating but I truly did read and really listen to what everyone said. So to all of my rope holders, Thank you so much for saving me. I will keep you posted. Love, Anita

anita, so glad to hear that you're holding strong. we are all behind you. i hope the situation w/ your son is looking brighter.
remember this:

"finish each day and be done with it. you have done what you could. some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. tomorrow is a new day. you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense."
- emerson

(that's a good one, eh?? )

Nice to know that this place is open 'round the clock, 24/7, with some of the best friends we could ever hope for.
