I have no idea how I managed it...but dropped 3 lbs in one day! The Whoosh Fairy finally visited me! Wonder if it was the way I worked out the other night...hmmm...I kept moving the scale around to see if maybe it were mistaken but after a couple of tries, it wasn't! Woo Hoo!

I'll send the Whoosh Fairy to everyone! I really think it might have been my workout, too, that got me moving...15 minutes on the elliptical on the hill on Level 8...then 15 minutes on the treadmill, 4.5 mph on an incline of 9, then 15 more on the elliptical, then 15 more on the treadmill...well, I didn't eat all that much that day, either...but a couple of things I did eat weren't exactly lc foods, either...now had I not screwed up right there, I might have seen a 5 lb whoosh instead of 3! Lesson learned for sure!
