| I am just wondering if anyone else ever drinks these while they are lc'ing it...I don't drink them as much as I use to but do enjoy the taste when I am craving something sweet. Usually have the espresso where I work make me a sf snickers (sf vanilla, chocolate, caramel and hazelnut) with club soda and just a splash of cream. Delicious! Usually, if I've been good and have eaten clean the whole week, then this is my little treat... Sheyla 186/127/105 60.5 inches |

| I've been drinking those for years now - first on WW (with fat free half & half!) and now on LC with real cream. I have at least 35 flavors of sugarfree DaVinci syrups so mix and match according to my mood. I buy seltzer water (salt-free) at Safeway by the case. DH and I are always concocting something!! Really satisfies that need to have something SPECIAL while staying totally on plan. Char

| Yep, I like the Italian sodas, too. And it's something you can get when you're out because they usually have the sugar free syrups. But you still have to watch them--I posted a few weeks ago about a place that was making their sodas with 7-up instead of club soda! Good thing the guy told me before I drank it. |

| Thanks for the reminder. I haven't made one in years. I used to love them. Definitely nice to be reminded of them since I've given up all other artificially sweetened sodas (too sweet). |

| Just about any 'gourmet' coffee place has italian sodas..(ex. Starbucks, Gloria Jean's, etc.) They are yummy!

| It would be very low, just a few for the cream, I think. Just make sure they don't top it with whipped cream, because that will be sweetened. |
