I just thought I'd mention that Schlotzky's has a terrific low-carb menu. Seems they even have the formula down for calculating net carbs which alot of the other chains, e.g. Subway, do not have.

I had the chicken caesar wrap with a total of 11 net carbs. It was very tasty and filling. I don't know about you guys, but I DO NOT find the Subway wraps worth much. They are not filling and are expensive for what you get.
