Well folks, I've been doing LC now for 1 year officially. I can't believe how this last year has flown by. I look like a different person now, not to mention how I feel. I have NEVER felt better in my life. I am so set in my LC ways now, it is second nature to me. I don't have to think about what I eat anymore, it's so natural. And Lord help the person who tries to refute this way of eating. They'll get it with both barrels. LOL. In fact, I just found out someone at work has jumped on the LC bandwagon. (He's doing CAD) One of his associates tried to debate me on why this works. HAHAHAHAHHA........he didn't have a chance!!! He claims that the only reason this works is because we are eating less calories. (and so what if we are????? and your point is?...) I pulled out my "biochemical" arsenal. He had no come back for it. It was pretty amusing. (the guy is in pretty good shape himself, so he doesn't have any real motivation for checking out the truth about LCing) I love the challenge. Anyone can try to debate me, they will lose everytime.

And I must say, I couldn't have done this without the support of this website. All you vets that have been here before me, I thank you from the bottom of my heart......especially YOU Andrea. And to all you newbies, you keep me going. I was where you are now, once upon a time. You keep me grounded and you keep my mind sharp. I love helping each and every one of you.
