Damn it, I went to Sizzler and ate french fries

10 lashes for me ! I hope I dont throw myself out of ketosis. They were on my sons plate and doing the hypontizing "eat me" thing.

I think I ate 10 then snapped out of it, they were the small shoe string kind.

Did you eat plenty of veggies with your meal (fiber)?, if so you may just flush eveything out of your system. I find that if i eat carbs, with lots of brocoli or spinach and before 7pm, it has sometimes not affected me at all.

Well Rob, it's a good thing you aren't around my shop.

The Food for Life company is down the street from me and I can smell the BREAD every time they bake it!

It really bothered me when I first started but now, it's not so bad since I have the lc breads and tortillas. I know I CAN have something if I REALLY want to.
