| whoa so cool, I actually worked out today, which I hate to do, I did 30 mins of walking on treadmill and 35 of bike. Now I can visualize the fat being gone heh

| Wow, gee. Thanks for helping me solve my puzzle. A picture I had put in a post to use as my avatar had suddenly disappeared. It turned all the avatars in my posts to the red circle with the lines through it. I was thinking someone had deleted my picture because they didn't like it. Now I come into this post and see the same thing instead of the picture everyone so obviously saw. Finally dawned on me that maybe it was the browser. I was looking with Netscape and tried with IE and low, and behold, there is the picture. Thanks for the picture and the help, lol.
