Since you asked if it worked,, I have been enjoying Pilates every monday evening they are taught by my aerobics instructor.. she was formaly a dancer.. and she makes it look beautifull.. its very relaxing.. depending on how it is taught.. some teach it as a very fast moveing training movements.. everyone teaches it diffrently.. but i enjoy how my instructor teaches it. She makes it seem very simular to yoga, she teaches it slowly and that is what makes it relaxing but workfull.. When done properly you can recive wonderfull ab work out.. or all over workout

I use Windsor Pilates tapes for home. I am still working on the first 30 sessions which you are supposed to see results and so far nothing startling , but I can feel it is a good ab workout. Of course, some of the moves are over my head right now.

I went to that Pilates website, but it didn't really tell me what Pilates is. What kind of exercises do you do?
