Is anyone here a member of this group? I can't seem to glean from the website links what exactly you get for your monthly fee. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places, which is highly likely. Anyone with any info about these folks?

Both Andrea and I were featured on e-diets. Andrea's link is here (use the drop-down menu and find "Andrea M."), and mine is here.

Please note that I have stated before and after that story ran that you really do not need to pay any club or group to lose weight. What you get for your monthly fee, I'm supposing, is a diet tailored to suit you and your lifestyle.

You can get that all on your own.

Just my two cents....

I joined before I found this site, and they do provide a weekly menu/shopping list. Although most of the menu/shopping list includes Atkins items, and a lot of recipes.
Which would be fine for some, but I don't do recipes. and there are plenty available free (on this site for example).
So, I don't even bother much anymore.

Thanks for the help!
I think you're right, after 7 months of being an Atkid, I think I have a pretty good grip on the menus/shopping. I can use that 5 bucks a month to buy more broccoli! I'm sure this site has done me more good than having someone plan my meals for me. I believe that is one of the factors that will make this a permanent change - having done it and learned it myself. You hit and miss and learn what works for you along the way, and suddenly you're there and you know how to keep it there!
Thanks again
