We just got back from a motorcycle ride - stopped at Bob Evans for lunch. They have a Country Spinach Salad to die for. I checked out the nutrition info at dietfacts.com, and it is 11 carbs, 532 cal. (had baby spinach, grilled chicken, strawberries, almond slivers, and a hot bacon dressing)
It was such a filling, refreshing salad that I had to let you all know about it. Yum!!!

Oh yes, they are so good. I've had two already. I was worried about the dressing since it tasted so sweet. Glad to know it was 11 carbs! That means I can still have it when we eat out occasionally.

We don't have Bob Evans here, but have you tried the blackend chicken salad at Applebees. I love it. I replace the honeymustard dressing with blue cheese. It is very filling and very yummy!
