hi there,
has anyone ever eaten at a restaurant called "Salad Spinners"? not sure if they're all over the country or not (it's a chain restaurant).
kind of like a "Corner Bakery" or "Au Bon Pain." not fast food, but a quick place to get a custom salad made, and you can sit down, etc.
sort of supposed to have a healthy theme.

anyway, i tried it today (in chicago) ... had a salad w/ turkey, chicken and shaken up in regular ranch dressing.
i'm trying to find some nutritional info on the internet, no luck.
there's not much dressing on it, but i'd like to make sure their dressing and turkey don't contatin any hidden carbs.
anyone know where i might find this info??

thanks!

Salad spiners info

Try this link. I hope it answers your question. Where is the restaurant? I haven't seen any out in the NW suburbs.

thanks, isle! that helps ... since the LF ranch has about 4 carbs, i'm going to assume the regular has at least a little less.

i've only seen these restaurants in downtown chicago, in the loop.
but trust me, the $7.99 that i paid for my salad was NOT worth it. everything was soggy and it was a tiny salad.
i don't recommend it!
