| I think, if you're brewing your own tea (not using some commerically prepared product) and not adding sweetener, but maybe just a twist of lemon and lots of ice, you're pretty close to water. If you use decaff tea to brew your own, you're even closer. It's not perfect (like water) but it is about as close as you'll get, and certainly better than skipping the iced tea and not getting enough water in either. JMHO.
