Finally tried Maggie cereal

"Ongoing Weight Loss" at Low Carb Diet Support: "Finally had a chance to mix up Maggie's cereal. It was very smooth and delicious with blackberries cut in half. And the fiber content works really well, (if ya know what I mean.)...."

Do you eat it with milk? I thought milk was not allowed. I have not had milk in almost three months now...and miss it greatly.

I can't eat cereal without milk.

Kristin, you can use cream or half and half, or try Soy Slender vanilla soymilk, or one of the new low-carb milks like Carb Countdown or Carb Conscious - all my local markets now carry those last two in the dairy cases.

I just mix it with boiling water. I was asking the same thing before I tried it.

You can find the recepie
