Default Stuck to plan all weekend....

Hi all,
After the discussion at the end of last week about my steady...but SLOW loss and the comments about my little cheats....I tried to be really good this weekend.

I stuck with plan all weekend and didn't have any LC treats or anything. I didn't get any pizza or etc. I ate most meals at home.

I did take my girls to IHOP yesterday morning for brunch. I had eggs and steak....but did have about three bites of pancakes.

Compared to my usual relaxed weekends...I feel pretty good about it all.

We'll see if it helps come weigh day on Friday. :o)

Kristin

Thumbs up Re: Stuck to plan all weekend....

kristin, i am so proud of you!! it is sooo hard to be strict on the weekends ... and you did it! even if you don't see an immediate loss, you should feel good about your tremendous strength and willpower!
keep up the good work!

From someone who has a hard time sticking to plan ANY time, I was pleased to see you stay on all weekend. Good for you! I don't have kids at home. I seriously don't kow what I would do if I had to avoid the stuff that kids eat. I have a harde enough time just avoiding what I can eat!

Keep up the good work!

HEY!!!! I made STUFFED FRENCH TOAST ala IHOP this weekend with LC BREAD!!!! OH HEAVENLY DAYS was that good!!!! I mixed up some cream cheese with some vanilla and Stevia (but you could use splenda too) and made french toast as usual, slapped some of the cream cheese mixture on a piece of the toast and put another one on top. I also used s/f syrup. It's oh so sweet, but yummy in the tummy!!! My LC bread has 6 carbs per slice, so one serving will be about 12 plus however much cream cheese mixture you use. I only use about 1-2 TBS. of the cream cheese. Make that with some eggs and bacon and yer good ta go!!!!!!
