| I'm not advocating any certain brand or anything, I'm just wanting to tell you that last night I was eyeing the kids Easter candy (again). Instead of caving, I got an IBC sugar-free rootbeer barrel and ate it, instead. In fact, I had two of them. They last a very long time because they're so dang hard. Our local Kroger sells them in the bulk candy aisle. If anyone wants the nutritional info on them, go here and then scroll down and click on "View Product Information." They are sweetened with aspartame, yet tout 14 sugar alcohols, as well as 14 carbs (per 2 pieces). Didn't realize that aspartame was considered a sugar alcohol.

| these sound yummy! Do they cause you any intestinal problems? I realize they contain aspartame but "sugar alchohols" scare me. |

| Nope. Not at all. And I'm very sensitive to sugar alcohols in that they give me intestinal distress. I've looked at the ingredients again and I cannot determine where they sugar alcohols are coming from. Anyone?
