Kim,

It sounds as if you have some kind of virus, so do the usual things, stay well hydrated and see a dr. if if gets worse or doesn't clear up.

... and here's a hint: If you think of something you wanted to add to your post, you don't need to post again and again. You just need to hit the edit button, in the lower right hand corner on your original post, and you can add to it as many times as you like until you finish your thought!

Kim
Sorry you're feeling so bad, boo. Make sure you get you water in, you need to flush out whatever has invaded your body. Make a soup with these ingredients:
a package of chicken legs or thighs (or a combination)
a can of chicken stock (check for high fructose corn syrup--why some brands include it is a mystery to me!)
veggies--carrots, bok choy, spinach, cabbage, broccoli, snow peas, etc.
just a dash of cayanne (will clear sinuses)
and other seasoning you like

Make a big pot and eat this all day! Keep drinking your tea and add some lemon or lime.

And finally, feel better!

Sorry you are feeling so lousy. I'm in my second induction right now and am experiencing the usual ascent fatigue and general malaise but I don't have any other cold symptoms. Sounds like you may have a combination going on - induction + cold or flu. Hope you feel better soon!

Kim,

i too just got over one -- nastiest sore throat, achy, bad head ache -- and just that run down feeling. my son is on the downward end of it.

seems to last about a week -- so something is going around
(i picked it up in AZ, not at home)

<<were you vacationing or what?

yes, my mom moved to Green Valley 4 yrs ago -- so i shoot down once or twice a year. (if you are unfamiliar -- it's about 30 min south of Tucson)
Great place to retire -- 'cept there is NO water!! so my kids were quite bored.
