| I tried something yesterday I've never tried before. I bought some Dannon plain yogurt, put one cup of it in a bowl (14 carbs) and added 3/4 cup of raspberries (net 13 carbs), mixed it all together with some Splenda and it tasted better to me than chocolate pudding would have. The best thing is, I alloted those 28 carbs in my menu for the entire day, have been having about 50 carbs now per day, and I have had no weight gain from it. Wow. This is great. A viable alternative for when I crave something sweet. And it's VERY filling because that's a lot of yogurt!

| This is one of my FAVE breakfasts or snacks! There's something about plain yogurt that is so satisfying for me...maybe just the plainess! You can really taste the flavors of the fruit with it as well. Yum! |

| I have never had plain yogurt, only the sweetened stuff which I haven't had in over 6 months. But since I've started this WOE I've been open to new & healthy stuff so I'm grateful for these suggestions. One more healthy "sweet treat". I'll be trying it soon!

| One of my favorite desserts is frozen berries mixed with yogurt in a blender. It comes out almost like soft serve ice cream. You can sweeten with splenda if desired. |
