 What A Guy! my darlin honeymoon decides to be soooooooooooooo nice .. came home with veggies... ground beef... eggs... baby spinich.. and then with a huge smile presents me with a box of RUSSELL STOVER sugarless lo carb candies.... and then tosses me a couple of the mocha atkins bars... and a wheel of gouda cheese.... OH MY GOSH!... it was all i could do not to cry..:-( SUCH a sweetie... he had no CLUE i was trying to avoid all those candies and cheese... guess he thought he was being a sweetheart... and he WAS... i had one of the candies...:-( good news is HE LIKED EM! heh heh heh... guess i wont have to eat them after all..*L*  |

| Re: What A Guy! yeah..hes a keeper alright.. been married for twentyfive years in december.....gets better every year.. he eats whatever lo carb stuff i throw at him too*L* my throat is still yuck terese... but it is my ENERGY .. or in reality the LACK thereof that is bothering me... i made an appt with the doc for my knee problem for thursday... but i really need to see a reg doc for the cold or whatever it might be... my darlin honeymoon is pretty darn awesome when it comes to shopping for me.. he always gets stuff that i can eat (or at least thinks is on my plan)... he had a heartattack and five bi pass surgury in november... i am so glad he recovered... i dont know WHAT I WOULD DO without him.. when i met him i had three little children under the age of 4... he proposed by saying to me.. "i want to marry you and take care of you and the kids" and bygod he has done that in spades for 25 years... |

Most guys would have come home with a box of Reg Russell Stovers and then went out to the bar when you said "you know I can't eat that"! I've been searching for about 20 years for one like you just descibed. He just ain't out there. Here in GA if you find one that has a job and a valid drivers license you are doing really good!  |

| Re: What A Guy! heh heh heh.. i guess i KNOW i am lucky.. but i guess i would be lying if i didnt say that i take him for granted.. he doesnt drink or gamble (ex did that aLOT) he does dishes when i dont.. he does his own laundry and TRYS to do mine (noooooooooooooooooooooo!!!) he works his regular job and does deliveries for the furniture store we have on lunch and after work..(i know.. no WONDER he had a heart attack).. he plays board games with my kids STILL *L* i hate those.. and they are between 26-30 years old.. he is a terrific PAPA to my daughters two sons (no hubby.....) he has a great sense of humor.. can fix anything...(mechanic milwright).. AND he has BROWN EYES and DIMPLES!!!okay.. hes kinda noisy.. and his doesnt have alot of TACT... he tends to say what he is thinking without EDITING it like most people do..*L*. he likes sci fi and i HATE it.. and he plays FREE CELL in a zombie like state that SCARES me..*L*.. he doesnt hear me when i ramble..*L* so i guess he isnt PERFECT.. but he is awful close.. and oh.. he buys me jewelry that i like AND he still gives me more mooches and hugs than i saw my mom get in 50 years of marriage..*L*.. i keep telling my two daughters that someone is out there that is worth it.. but they see their daddy.. and dont believe it..*L* keep the faith.. my mom told me not to marry him... he has 6 kids she said.. well MA! I HAVE THREE!!...*L* yes.. he finally won her over... and took care of her when she was dying of cancer .. would hold her up and "dance" to get her from one place to another.. if THAT doesnt bring a tear to your eyes then NOTHING WILL.. he ALSO took care of my dad when he was dying from emphasema.. i know.. i know.. i am rambling.. i just think that everyone should know.. you dont have to SETTLE for someone who doesnt love .. respect and honor you.. now me.. i am just a spoiled brat..*L*... i gotta work on that..*grin* grrrrrrrrrrr and he HATES my passion.. NBA BASKETBALL! |

| Re: What A Guy! *L* i know how you feel.. when my ex left me with three kids (my youngest was under the age of one..) i felt my life was over.. who the he** would want a woman with three babies? well life is strange.. a girlfriend that i had in school.. grade. highschool AND beauty school came to see and her husband had also gone to highschool with me.. they asked me to go to dinner with them and his BROTHER who's wife had left him for the man next door.. anywho.. i said NO WAY.. no DATES for me.. well.. they whined and cajoled... it wouldnt be a DATE they said... so the moral of the story ladies.. is THIS... you never know when someone special could be right there in front of you... you just have to be able to take a chance... for me it was when he and i went to the park... my kids too.. i was watching from the rear..he was holding thier hands and they were oblivious to me.. i thought FINALLY!!! someone who knows this is a FAMILY he is dating..:-) he NEVER tried to exclude them from what we did... |
