Unhappy I've gained!!

I gained 4 lbs over the weekend!! I know I probably did not gain 4 lbs of fat in 2 days, and I figure it is due to dipping my hand in the kids Easter baskets one too many times I also started going to the gym last week and getting back into weight training. I know that can initially stall you, as muscle weighs more than fat, but it is still frustrating!!

I have been much stricter with myself this week......I know I have been slipping a bit. I also need to have my DD measure me so I can track my measurements......I know sometimes inches fall off but the scale does not move.

This is the first time since starting this WOL that the scale has gone the other way!! UGH!!

I feel your pain. Last week I broke a stall and lost two pounds when I started jogging, then over the weekend I jumped up 6 lbs! Of course I cheated.. a lot... but Monday I was back on track. I am down two of the six, still jogging for 20 mins each morning. Fat or muscle that number on the scale is just so important for some reason. How can the scale be so mean.

If you did eat some kids candies, then your weight gain is most likely from your body trying to rebuild it's glycogen (glucose) supply. This will add water weight, which will go away within a couple of days of low carbing. A couple of days back on induction would be a good idea to help get over this.
