i dont drink sweet tea... but if i go to a REAL town i will look for the Erythritol to use in other things... i havent found any in THIS town.. but no health food stores here ..:-( (actually was one 15 years or so ago when i moved here.. but the sign on the door said closed .. owner died..:-( ..*yikes*.. prolly wasnt the BEST thing to put on the door of a HEALTH food store..)
i am heading to seattle this weekend.. if i get a few minutes away from the kiddos i will take a look around..
in THIS town i cant find ANY plain yogurt that isnt FAT FREE..(read: crap put in) and i live 50 miles from the nearest big town.. so i dont grab it there and bring it home... maybe i should get a cooler and do that someday.. like when i go to costco.
so far the Erythritol in 1carb1cal hersheys bars doesnt bother MY stomach... but then i dont eat them very often...i was thinking of using it to make PIZZELLES with grand marnier.

I heard about the z carb bars and so when i was at walmart last night i purchased the chocolate peanutbutter one. So far i've only had a small square from the bar but it tasted INCREDIBLE. I don't eat LC candy or chocolate very often but when i do, i would DEFINATELY buy Z carb again. Right on the package it says that it DOES NOT CONTAIN Maltitol, HSH, Polygycitol, or Lactitol. It does contain Sucralose under the ingredients however it is the very last ingredient listed.
