Default Huge Woosh after Re-Induction

For thoes that don't know, I went back to induction levels last Saturday becuase I had been knocked out of ketosis. Looking back at my menues, I think I had actually taken in about 45 grams of carbs on Thursday, partly from carb countdown chocolate milk (I had a stressful day and probably had about half the carton). I had also had a Ruby Tuesdays cheesecake on Wednesday. I probably gave myself an accidental "system shock" that people have mentioned on so many threads.

Going back to induction broke my stall!!! I had my first real true woosh since December: it looks to be about 7 pounds in 5 days!

I know I should be adding in more carbs soon, and I will. Considering the woosh, I am going to stay at 20 grams for at least the next couple of days. I will probably go up to 25 some time next week.

Another problem that I think I had was eating too many nuts. They are just too easy to over eat. On the other hand, they did not make me gain. I think I will have to avoid them until maintanance, to avoid the temptation to over eat them.

Thanks, Carrie. To answer your question though, I really like eggs. Cheap, easy to fix and fast to cook. So since Saturday, I have been eating omelets, usually with ham or bacon and cheese for breakfast and dinner (in addition to a few veggies) as often as I can make myself. I know it's not really good for induction, but I did have a Subway wrap or two. And since yesterday, I have re-introduced Maggie's cereal. Had to, I was getting constipated there.
