Hi, Lanny! I found an organic soymilk that is unsweetened. It is the Silk brand. I am severely lactose intolerant and was really "missing" milk. It has the same counts you posted for yours. I tried it and it was okay, but now that I am used to it, I actually like it. Just like the La Tortilla factory tortillas...it's all in what you can get used to. Are you a vegetarian or lactose intolerant? Sorry if that's too nosy!

Hi Max...No im not vegetarian and yes i always had problems with milk...but not if i take skim or real creams...odd ball i guess...im not a big meat eater either...i do like my rib steak though on a bbq...being on atkins for over a year i found it hard eating alot of meats and fats....i love good vegies...i can eat that all day....very fussy eater...one of them pain in the butts when it comes to food...i started to drink soy milk a few months ago...cause i dont have time to eat in the mornings....soy fills me up and i can put berrys in it and whip it up...and if i go out during my lunch hour to power walk, i come back and have another glass with a zone bar...oh, im not on atkins anymore but doing the zone...for the La Tortilla factory we dont have this here in montreal....Montreal is not a big Junk Food stores or junk food resturant eaters...im not saying we are perfect cause no ones perfect in life...if we were we would be boring..lol...but if you ever come visit here one day you will notice that montrealers arent that overweight...you will see more of normal size or thin or chubby then big...yes we do have the same stuff as you but alot less...guess doesnt work as much here...and NO your not nosy at all....or is it nosey...its called curious and thats the best way to learn in life....

be good
lan
