Talking One Year Today!
It was just one year today that I started ATKINS! So far I have lost 33 lbs. This low carb life is something I can live with. I just came home from a 22 day trip and then to a 3 day convention. Not one lb. gained since I left home March 24.

So on to 120!

Love this site. It has helped so much
