I found this online when trying to find some new recipes this person made comments on if she liked them or not and has pictures w/ most recipes

I agree she sure did put alot of effort in to her site.. Only thing is awish she would have documented her holidays and posted at a later date or something im curious to see the things she made for holidays.. I have read threw MOST MONTHS so far and i have came up w/ apx 30 new ideas.. or at least new twists to some... I have noticed the lady probly is only one in her house on lc diet since it seems she eats some of the main dishes for many meals threw the week... im guessing she makes it and portions it out for her self wich is wonderfull since im the only one in my house LCing... yet it seems sometimes im double cooking.. just to come up w/ new things for the boys in the house to eat..

I looked at the site and just LOVE it! I sent off a short note to the woman who did it all, telling her how much I enjoyed it, and got a very nice email in return! I made her "potato" salad, and my son says he can't tell the difference between that one and the one I used to make with real potatoes. Great site!

I think i will send her an e-mail also... I made the Tuna muffins (useing tuna and crab) they were AWSOME... even better than my crab/tuna - or salmon cakes... yUMM... wasnt much diffrent but that little bit realy made them good... I'm also going to test some of the other things she posted... (i also made the fautato salad..It was realy good) it is just so nice to have so many options poof at finger tips... i have alredy printed some to my recipe cards in my roladex..

if you go to the HOME page.. she says her dh is also doing lowcarb ..(at least was at the time of her telling HER LOW CARB STORY) he was impressed with her loss...
at any rate.. it WAS AMAZING.. i have seen her picture in a forum before.. not sure which one.. i go to a few..
i will have to email as well to thank her for the GREAT SITE!
