| I've been poking through older posts about these, but I haven't found out if there was a follow-up to the question as to whether the LC mission tortillas contain hydrogenated fats or not. Any news? |

| Yes, they do. I try to avoid trans fats, but I do VERY occasionally use these tortillas. They are very good, and just like a regular flour tortilla. Hopefully, they will correct this; I have emailed the company, to ask them about the trans fats in their product. So, maybe? We'll see.

| I thought I read somewhere about other tortillas that do not contain them. Any comments?

| Yes, there are a few companies making decent tortillas without the trans fats but, they aren't as good! ![]() Sad, isn't it? If they would just get rid of those damn hydrogenated oils this would be a moot point!
