I've been poking through older posts about these, but I haven't found out if there was a follow-up to the question as to whether the LC mission tortillas contain hydrogenated fats or not. Any news?

Yes, they do.

I try to avoid trans fats, but I do VERY occasionally use these tortillas. They are very good, and just like a regular flour tortilla. Hopefully, they will correct this; I have emailed the company, to ask them about the trans fats in their product. So, maybe? We'll see.

Yes, there are a few companies making decent tortillas without the trans fats but, they aren't as good!

Sad, isn't it?

If they would just get rid of those damn hydrogenated oils this would be a moot point!
