Default Back to induction?

hi there, i had a bad Easter weekend (eating wise), followed by another sorta bad weekend (last weekend). when i say "bad", i mean a couple HC blunders. nothing crazy/insane, but not entirely on plan. exercise was consistent.
i got my act together this week and have been eating clean at induction level for a couple days.

so ... do i really need to re-induce and if so, for how long? i tested for ketosis, but it was so light i couldn't really tell. what's the best way to get back into it?

any suggestions would be appreciated.
thanks,
carrie

I think just a day or 3. the 2 week long induction is really to detox your system. If you have just gone off periodically and need to get back into k, you don't have to do the whole shebang. a couple days at the clean, ind limit of carbs should get you back into ketosis. Then start bringing yourself back up again to a level that fits you best.

thanks for the help, MK. so is it safe to say that these "little stumbles" haven't "toxified" my system enough to warrant me doing induction for a week or two?

Carrie, I went back to induction for a week, and it worked great for me. I am still in the process of raising back my carbs to their previous levels. It broke my stall, and I am still loosing.
