| The thing I would be wary of is any sauce that appears to be thickened. Hidden corn starch. If it doesn't taste sweet it probably isn't loaded with sugar, but you never know. You can always ask if there is sugar in the sauce or marinade. It sucks to be at the mercy of food vendors and restaurants.

| Yeah, see as someone who is NOT a cook, I do my best, but not an expert... I had NO IDEA what else could be in it... thanks... luckily I'm not too hungry and didn't eat much of it anyways, but it didn't seem thick, actually real runny? and SPICY!! whoooo hot!

| yeah, i feel you on the fear of eating out and not really knowing, i now tend to stick to the salad bar or i only eat if states the carb content, so many restaurants now post the low carb foods they prepare, its getting a lil easier to eat out now.

| I'd ask next time before I bought it - the vendor surely knows what's in it in case anyone has allergies! Sounds good to me though, I love spicy stuff! Char
