Default Going back to Induction

It is four weeks until my husband and I leave for our delayed honeymoon to Phoenix and to visit the son who just got back from Iraq. So I figured it's time to really get serious and start shedding some more poundage. I have been able to maintain my current weight at a higher carb level - approx 120 g per day - but that is not good enough when I have yet to be at my goal weight..so it's time to get the ball rolling and shed some extra poundage I have...would like to be 12 lbs down by then...avg of 3 lbs a week...would like to have those 12 lbs gone by May 22nd - the day we leave. I know I can do it! I know I can do it! (trying to convince and motivate myself to do this)

Sheyla, a few of us have gone back to induction recently. Some of us had trouble during easter. I am about to finish my second week of re-induction, and will be going up to 25 grams on Saturday.

I can tell you that going back to induction has been a great experience for me. I broke my stall, lost about 8-9 pounds, and have had the opportunity to truly eat clean for the last two weeks.

Good luck, and keep us informed....

Am looking forward to a heavier weight loss this week...the second time around, I dropped 8 lbs the first week on Induction...know I can accomplish that feat again if I just work hard enough and discipline myself and go to a higher level than I've been at over the past couple of weeks...

Surprisingly, I didn't have any troubles over Easter....the candy and all the junk food didn't even phase me one bit...didn't even really think about it, to be honest with you...

Let you know how I'm doing by Saturday...
