anyone heard from cherub lately... my private msging doesnt seem to work... i just want to know how shes doing lately...

Her name was changed when the boards moved. I think I saw some posts by her about a couple of weeks ago. Beyond that, I hope she is doing well...

Hey Guys! I'm fine, thanks for checking up on me. Still struggling with motivation, but I bought this book by the Hellers this weekend: "The 7-Day Low-Carb Rescue and Recovery Plan". I'm thru the first few pages and they're pretty convincing about recovering from a low-carb "melt-down"! I'm not giving up, I've just been giving in ALOT lately. Gained 3lbs, but I feel lucky it hasn't been more. I've been away from this WOE for about a month now. I still visit here, though.
Anywho, thanks y'all, for missing me! That's so sweet!
